Destined to grow a green thumb Colleen studied horticulture at the University of Illinois and has worked for both the Chicago and Tucson Botanical Gardens. Directing non-profit fundraisers has given Colleen experience planning large scale events. With over 20 years of experience directing events coast to coast, Colleen focuses on creating eco-friendly spaces that are innovative and design savvy. Today, Colleen and her amazing team have been published in magazines by Grace Ormonde, Brides Condé Nast, The Knot, Sunset, Luxe Arizona & Flower Magazine. Awarded the Top Weddings of 2016 by Style Me Pretty.

Julianna Asis

Event Manager & Lead Designer

Julianna considers the art of floral design a sculptural process utilizing the most beautiful medium nature has to offer. A New England native, she began her career as a landscape designer on Martha’s Vineyard, with a special interest in succession plantings of perennial gardens. Julianna was creatively inspired while designing in the flower fields of a Vineyard farm where she transitioned to cut floral design and event production.  She brings more than twelve years of design, installation, and management experience to the LaFleur team. Her love for the Sonoran desert has kept her in Arizona to flourish in the popular wedding destination of Tucson. She is also a certified herbalist in botanical medicine.


Lindsay Furrier Event Coordinator As a Tucson-native, Lindsay has a special love for the southwest. Destined to be a Wildcat from birth, Lindsay has recently graduated with a Marketing degree from the University of Arizona. She met Colleen while working as a manager for Tucson Fashion Week, fell in love with her uniquely beautiful designs, and could not wait to learn more. Lindsay has combined her love for event planning with her love for the Old Pueblo, which makes the perfect combo!

Erin Lowndes Event Planner & Production Manager Ready to take on any challenge head on, Erin transferred from a biology degree to get her BFA in theatre stage management at Virginia Commonwealth University. After stage managing in many cities on the east coast including two credits the Washington National Opera at the Kennedy Center, she found herself drawn to event planning and production. Erin’s passion for production value, collaboration, and problem solving with her art and design background is the perfect mix for an event planner.
