Event Director & Principal Designer
Destined to grow a green thumb Colleen studied horticulture at the University of Illinois and has worked for both the Chicago and Tucson Botanical Gardens. Directing non-profit fundraisers has given Colleen experience planning large scale events. With over 20 years of experience directing events coast to coast, Colleen focuses on creating eco-friendly spaces that are innovative and design savvy. Today, Colleen and her amazing team have been published in magazines by Grace Ormonde, Brides Condé Nast, The Knot, Sunset, Luxe Arizona & Flower Magazine. Awarded the Top Weddings of 2016 by Style Me Pretty.
Event Manager & Lead Designer
Julianna considers the art of floral design a sculptural process utilizing the most beautiful medium nature has to offer. A New England native, she began her career as a landscape designer on Martha’s Vineyard, with a special interest in succession plantings of perennial gardens. Julianna was creatively inspired while designing in the flower fields of a Vineyard farm where she transitioned to cut floral design and event production. She brings more than twelve years of design, installation, and management experience to the LaFleur team. Her love for the Sonoran desert has kept her in Arizona to flourish in the popular wedding destination of Tucson. She is also a certified herbalist in botanical medicine.
Event Coordinator & Production Manager
Destined to be a Wildcat from birth, Lindsay has recently graduated with a Marketing degree from the University of Arizona. As a past production manager for Tucson Fashion Week and now as the event coordinator and production manager for LaFleur, Lindsay runs a tight ship with a well managed and organized installation and strike crew. Her unique skillset includes creating and keeping deadlines, multitasking, team management, coordinating and execution of events, and attention to detail. In addition to her expertise in event coordination, she is also skilled in lettering and calligraphy, creating beautiful signage, wedding envelopes, and print-work displays for a multitude of events.
