For this New Orleans style wedding, the couple wanted to stay as eco- friendly as possible. For the centerpieces we planted different varieties of succulents, and added some beautiful fresh floral. Each place setting was a different type of planted aloe, which doubled as the guests wedding favor. For the brides bouquet we used a mix of orchids, roses, succulents, anemones and wax flower. The groom is the owner and chef of The Parish (a southern fusion gastropub) so we used fresh herbs along with succulents, and tied them together with moss to represent the bayou of Louisiana.
